Return Policy

Returns and Cancelling Orders:

Regular price online purchases can be returned for exchange or in-store credit within 15 days from the date of delivery, with all pertinent information (name, address, phone number and order number) included to correctly credit your account. Please contact us at (403) 320-5648 or toll free 1-800-663-5648 and ask for customer service for an authorized return #.

Cost of shipping the item(s) back to Knitting Time will be at the purchaser’s expense. We require returns to be made through and insurable method that includes a tracking #.
Knitting Time is not responsible for item(s) that may become lost or stolen in shipment. The purchaser does not receive refund on original shipping charges.

 

Exceptions
Our Customers can be confident that our products are completely new, and unused. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
  • tools (ie. crochet hooks, knitting needles)
  • patterns 
  • stitchery kits
  • embroidery skeins
  • discounted items
  • store discontinued items

Returns must be unused and in original packaging. Returned in resalable condition with no indication of use. If you have any questions in regards to returns, please email us at sales@knittingtime.com.

Damaged items
Damaged items must be reported within 5 business days of receiving order. We recommend that you take pictures of damaged package prior to opening and email them to sales@knittingtime.com along with your order #.

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of orders cannot be refunded through Shopify.  Refunds must be done by phone or email.  Cancellation fees will apply.
